changes changes changes

so, i've decided to simply my life a little. things are really hectic for me, and i needed to find a way to streamline things, like my blogs. it isn't easy keeping several of them up and running. since blogger doesn't have a blackberry app, i've decided to combine everything into a tumblr blog. that way, i can take a quick pic with my phone, upload it right then and there, and i don't have to worry about sitting down with photoshop to try and size things etc. it's just too time consuming.

Woo Canada!

omg! so much honking and hollering! between firetrucks zipping by with flags joyfully attached, and young men crammed into pickup trucks hollering and waving their shirts over their heads. it took an extra long time to get home today. streetcars were being stopped by ecstatic mobs in the street- one streetcar on college was surrounded by a hoard of at least 100 people, banging on the side of it. i can only imagine what the poor passengers inside were thinking!

the streetcar i was on finally made it to bloor street, but had trouble crossing, as an informal parade of olympics fans and overloaded vehicles were blocking the intersection. it was complete chaos. it's a very happy day for canada. k, time for movie night with cuteboy!

i did my first portrait today

jon let me try doing a portrait on him. we did it really little so we could cover it up easy in case it sucked. he already told me that he didn't mind having a bunch of 8-ball and bomb tattoos all over him. maybe next time, we will do something a little bigger....
